Our
Sauces ​​

At Crossroads Barbecue, we proudly serve five sauces to complement
your slow-cooked meats.  Try one, try two ... or try them all!

Sweet:  This sweet and smooth sauce will never disappoint.

Carolina:  A tangy mustard and vinegar sauce that hails from the coastal Carolinas. 

Spicy:  Our sweet sauce ... but with a spicy twist. 

Kentucky Bourbon:  This sauce has a smokey flavor and a strong Bourbon finish. 

White BBQ:  An Alabama original, this mayonnaise and cider-vinegar based sauce pairs
perfectly with any  meat. It is also scrumptious with french fries and salads. 
In addition to the above barbecue sauces, we offer
two specialty  sauces for your chicken wings.

Diablo Buffalo:  A sauce that lands somewhere between hot sauce and buffalo sauce.

Sweet Reaper:  A sauce that gets a lil' kick from the Carolina Reaper pepper.

And of course, you can always have  your wings Original Style
(dry rub only ) or Totally Naked (just smoked & grilled)!
